Guiding Right Incorporated (GRI) is guided by the "It takes a whole village to raise a child" philosophy. In August of 1999, GRI officially established themselves and announced its purpose to educate the African American community about the importance of protecting themselves against HIV/AIDS and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases. Because of the disproportionate percentage of African Americans who are infected and affected with HIV/AIDS, GRI saw the need to be proactive and address the issue with education and HIV testing.

GRI has a phenomenal record of empowering the underserved and difficult to serve individuals through education, mentoring, strengthening and support.
