Guiding Right Incorporated (GRI) is guided by the "It takes a whole village to raise a child" philosophy. In August of 1999, GRI officially established themselves and announced its purpose to educate the African American community about the importance of protecting themselves against HIV/AIDS and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases. Because of the disproportionate percentage of African Americans who are infected and affected with HIV/AIDS, GRI saw the need to be proactive and address the issue with education and HIV testing.

OUR MISSION Statement

The mission of Guiding Right, Inc. is to promote and provide culturally appropriate education and life skills training to persons of all ages to decrease social, economic, and health disparities for high risk populations with special emphasis on women, African Americans and youth within Oklahoma, Cleveland and Logan counties.

OUR VISION Statement

The vision of Guiding Right, Inc., is to create self-sufficiency in navigating systems of care, social roles, and economic achievement to eliminate health disparities amongst all persons at risk particularly African Americans.  To increase the quality of life for all citizens of Oklahoma, Cleveland and Logan counties by offering opportunities for youth and adults to acquire knowledge to survive beyond poverty and circumstance.
